But there are a lot of so so called coaches out there that I've seen countless videos of people talking about the fear of being seen and trying to coach people out of the fear of being seen and all that stuff. What's actually happening here, if I could speak so bluntly,

is that a lot of people, billions of people who are trying to do their life's work, they get uncomfortable feelings. They do this work, then an uncomfortable feeling or sensation arises.
