§ 01 · The Hook

The bait, then the rug-pull.

The opening claim is blunt: a single non-viral reel with 15,000 views produced 160+ leads and four paying clients. Everything that follows is the anatomy of how that happened — and why the creators with ten times the views made nothing.

§ · Chapters

Where the time goes.

00:00 – 00:24

01 · Hook

Non-viral content produced 160 leads and 4 clients. Sets up the four-part system.

00:24 – 01:58

02 · Step 1 — One Problem Alignment

Reverse-engineer from your offer. Every post must map to the single pain your offer solves.

01:58 – 03:47

03 · Mistake 1 — Going Off-Topic

Veering off-topic for views confuses the algorithm and kills conversion rate.

03:47 – 05:35

04 · Step 2 — Lead Magnet Content

2–3 posts per week with explicit lead magnet CTAs, in-video or in the caption.

05:35 – 08:05

05 · Trial Reels Advantage

Post the same reel to main feed and Trial Reels simultaneously to nearly double leads. Cold audiences plus algorithm training on buyer-intent signals.

08:05 – 10:02

06 · Step 3 — ManyChat

Simple comment-to-DM automation delivers the lead magnet link and captures emails. Simpler flows outperform complex trees.

10:02 – 13:28

07 · Step 4 — Email Welcome Sequence

A 4–30+ day sequence that over-delivers on the lead magnet promise, building a trust curve before pitching.

13:28 – 15:10

08 · Mistake 2 — Never Asking for the Sale

80% value / 20% pitch. Most subscribers do not know what your offer is. State it. Most bookings happen day 4–6.

15:10 – 16:37

09 · The Flywheel

Once the system is built, consistent posting feeds the machine automatically.

Named ideas worth stealing.

00:24 concept

One Problem Alignment

Every post, lead magnet, and email must trace back to the one core pain point your offer solves. Visualized as a pyramid with the problem at the base and the offer at the apex.

Steal for any content strategy audit or editorial calendar review
00:08 model

4-Layer Revenue Pyramid

  1. One Problem Alignment
  2. Create Better & More Lead Magnet Content
  3. ManyChat to Collect Emails
  4. Welcome Sequence to Offer

The four sequential layers from raw content to revenue. Each layer is useless without the one below it being solid first.

Steal for Instagram strategy presentation or client onboarding framework
05:35 concept

Trial Reels Double-Post

Post the identical reel to your main feed and to Trial Reels simultaneously. Trial Reels reach cold audiences and their interactions train the algorithm toward buyer-intent profiles.

Steal for any platform with a test or draft audience distribution mode
14:10 model

80/20 Welcome Sequence

  1. 80% pure value emails
  2. 20% offer mention emails

The trust curve built by over-delivering earns explicit pitch permission. Most service sales happen on day 4–6 of the sequence.

Steal for any email onboarding sequence for a service-based business

00:00HOOKMost businesses waste their time and leave a ton of money on the table with Instagram because they follow advice built for creators chasing views and not businesses that need revenue. So in this video, I'm gonna show you the exact four part system I used to turn non viral content into leads, clients, and actual revenue. And it's not just me.
00:16HOOKOne of my clients basically went from $3,000 to 45,000 within a few weeks of implementing this one thing. And by the way, your views will coincidentally go up too.
00:24Alright. So here's an example of something that that I posted the other day. 15,000 views so far, 350 comments,
00:31and it got already roughly 160, 170 leads, and four people already signed up to work with me. Right?
00:37Being anywhere between 3,025. And you're probably like right now, well, this view count should not make that much money. Right?
00:44I probably have more views than that, and I don't make that type of revenue. And it all comes down to this one thing, because most people just randomly post because they chase views only, because that's what they're they're taught to. Right?
00:54You're not to blame. Because everyone talks about, well, if you just grow, if you just post more, you're gonna get more business. You're gonna grow everything, and your life is gonna change.
01:03Right? But usually when they do that, they actually turn in the exact opposite direction because usually the things that sort of give you the easy way out and give you more views early on in their creator journey is not really in alignment with their offer and what their buyers actually need. So the first thing you wanna do to make this thing work is to reverse engineer where you want them to actually go.
01:24Right? In this case, your offer. Right?
01:26Whatever that is. In my case, it's my mentorship. Right?
01:29We're a person to help people build their content strategy the right way, you know, with all my resources, AI tools, things like that. But, basically, a whole ecosystem to help them, you know, build their content strategy the right way. And, basically, everyone that comes in there has one problem.
01:43They want more views. They want to grow their audience, but the right audience, the one that actually buys their content and things like that. Right?
01:50So all of my content goes downstream from there. Now just hitting that one major problem or pain point over and over again. And that's what I want you to do as well to start this whole thing.
02:01Forget about going off track for a while. Right? Just to keep feeding the algorithm to get more views.
02:06Right? You might be like, okay. But this is my actual actually, let me you might be like, okay.
02:11This is my problem, basically my offer and what I solve with it. And, uh, I know this is where people are.
02:19So in order to get this full thing aligned, my content needs to be on that line and nowhere else. But you might be like, well, just to to feed the algorithm and get more views, I might just veer a little bit off track. Right?
02:31Sometimes here, sometimes here, just because the algorithm gives me more views when I talk about something that's adjacent or it doesn't have that much to do with exactly my problem pain point that my offer solves. But that is what is actually gonna get you stuck these days.
02:45Right? The algorithm is gonna start to get confused, and your conversion rate will plummet.
02:49And that's exactly the situation that so many people are in when they're like, okay. I have some views. I know how the game works, kinda,
02:56but nobody's converting. So let's go back to this one reel right here. This has one problem.
03:01Right? Everybody who's at least a little more advanced knows about trial reels, and in there, I share one specific strategy to use trial reels, strategy that not a lot of people have talked about before. And then I tell them, well, if you want the full playbook, right, a continuation of this whole thing, come to our trial below,
03:17and, uh, they'll get my full trial reels playbook in exchange for the email. So my lead magnet. And we take a look again at this whole thing, see how everything is online.
03:25Right? On the same line, my hook, the content itself, the lead magnet, the trial reels, uh, playbook, and my offer, they all serve the exact same purpose, helping people grow sustainably on Instagram.
03:37I don't talk about some weird hacks or trending audio clips to replicate or hook lists because that would attract not exactly the type of audience that I want. So step two, to instantly just make lead generation way more predictable, once you have your one problem alignment there, you're just gonna post more content that makes people want to give you their email address.
03:58Right? More lead magnet content. Believe it or not, lot of people forget about that, but let's say you post five times a week, two to three times, you can put something in there with a lead magnet.
04:07Right? Depending on how substantial your content is. If it's something like that, that's like a minute of actual value,
04:14you can put a lead magnet in there all the time. Right? Whether it's something that where you have a call to action in your video or just in the caption somewhere,
04:23doesn't matter, you wanna maximize the chances of people actually giving you their email address. And just that alone in a systematic way is gonna predictably increase your lead flow. But that's only one part of the game because, you know, you wouldn't be here hopefully for the basic stuff.
04:36The second part is actually gonna two x, three x, four x this whole thing, and you'll be able to generate way more leads without doing anything extra. And this is where trial reels, yet another way of using trial reels comes into play. Right?
04:49Basically, what I do, usually, before I post the day before, I duplicate the whole thing, and I said that it's up, and I basically post them to trial reels. Same thing without changing anything.
05:00So if you look here, it's exactly the same thing. I didn't change anything, and it has 20,000 views, almost 23,000 views, and also two hundred sixty six six comments,
05:10all from people who have most likely never heard from me before, all from new people coming in. And, uh, roughly, I'd say,
05:18again, a 120, 130 leads, emails coming in just through that without changing a thing.
05:25So suddenly, it went from a 160 to 360, 260
05:30to 280 leads, almost doubling this whole thing without doing anything. Right? Now the great thing about this is, first of all, you get super targeted people using Trailer Rails because the algorithm is actively looking out for people,
05:43especially, like I said, people that have never heard from you. And the almost greater thing is here, doing that trains the algorithm like nothing else currently because all these people that interact with you, that comment on your stuff, want your lead magnet, and it signals to the algorithm, well, this is exactly the type of audience that we need for this creator.
06:01Right? So it trains the algorithm to find a buyer ready audience. Plus, that's the other thing.
06:06You just get way more views and followers from this. This trial reel alone made me grow a 130 followers.
06:13Right? Not that bad for basically no extra effort. Now I know what some of you are gonna say right now.
06:18Dominic, I can't post trial reels twice because that's just not how it works. People say you can't do that, and it is honestly kinda true. You can't actually post them just twice.
06:28So once in your main feed like I did and once in the trial reels. Ideally, you post it to the trial reels first Right now, just to be safe, but there's actually some ways around this whole thing. Right?
06:38Because in the future, in a month, two, or three, I'll be able to use that exact same reel and milk it even more. Right?
06:46Don't tell anyone about this, especially now the Instagram team. Let's hope this video won't blow up, but for example, I'll go back to edits and then I duplicate this whole thing again and just make it a little bit bigger.
06:57So 1.05 x. Right?
06:59Maybe make it 1% faster. Just change a few things in the metadata, basically.
07:05Usually, that trick just works, and you could just duplicate your trial reels if you wait a little bit. Obviously, the ideal would be here once you identify some things that just work, that give you targeted leads,
07:17you just make them again and again. Just rerecord them, change some small things, so just the algorithm seems like it's different. Doesn't matter.
07:24Right? Once you've done it, once you have the script, it's not gonna take you a long time to to iterate this for future runs.
07:31So as you can see, over the course of a few months, this one reel probably is gonna make me a $100,000, maybe even more, to be honest. Depends.
07:39Now if you see this right now and you're like, oh, this actually could help me out pretty well. I need somebody to build this whole thing out with me to increase trust, views, revenue, and basically build my business the right way.
07:50CTADown below, there's a link to apply for my mentorship. You're gonna hop on a call with my community manager Florian, and we'll take a look at your offer, your content, and your strategy, and we'll just take a look at can we help you, can we not help you, what are things you can instantly change. Yeah.
08:04CTALink is down below. No pressure. But either way, let's keep going because step three is where this whole thing actually starts to convert a lot, and this is where most people run into problems.
08:13CTABecause what we just talked about, this was the one part. Right? The the on platform part to attract
08:19CTAthe right leads and viewers into your ecosystem. Right? And now it's time to convert because lots of people still mess up here.
08:26CTAAnd the way to actually convert as many people as possible, the same thing that I do, is with ManyChat. I'm sure, hopefully, you've heard about this. We're not gonna get into it right now.
08:34Now first of all, there's so much content around ManyChat DM automations out there. And first of all, honestly, people that come to work with me, a lot of people just don't use ManyChat because they're like, well, I think it's gonna mess with my algorithm or it's I'm gonna get less views if I use it, and they have some conspiracy theories running.
08:51Actually, not not true. And it's not sponsored, but it's officially endorsed by Instagram, and it's responsible for millions of dollars throughout my clients and myself just using ManyChat. But here's the thing.
09:02Most people that talk about how to set up ManyChat to make money, honestly, they over I think they overcomplicate things a lot. Because what I'm using and what a lot of people I work with are using to make literally millions is the simplest system strategy ever.
09:17No fancy, crazy, ManyChat tree. It's basically just a
09:23simple well, somebody comments, and you send them the link, and then you send them stuff. That's it.
09:28That's what just works the best for me and for my clients, honestly. No. Don't feel like the need to overcomplicate things to get some crazy templates now.
09:36Seems like simpler works better. Obviously, you can do some reengagement stuff. Let's not talk about this at all.
09:42For example, if you have a setter. Right? Or if you've run ads and you have a setter in the background chatting with people, this is gonna make you ten,
09:49twenty, 30 times more money just using this the right way, what we just talked about. But, uh, let's not even talk about this right now. Point being, the simpler, the better, and just post
09:58two, three ManyChat reels or carousels per week. Right?
10:02And once you have that, we're gonna talk about the second part of this whole equation, which is obviously what happens afterwards
10:09in your emails, and this is again where most people leave a lot of money, probably all of their money on the table because people think, so now I have all the emails, so I'm just gonna wait and just sent them some promotional stuff, pitches basically.
10:24So essentially people think, once I have the email, it's done. No. It's actually only started.
10:30I actually consider your email strategy part of the content creation, part of I actually call it long form content because people spend a lot of time reading it, or they should spend a lot of time reading it. And what you wanna do is you wanna continue to give value, actually even one up the value that your free content provides just to continue building that whole trust thing, and that's gonna be the difference between all these leads that you've got before,
10:55not converting at all, and a lot of people converting to become your clients or buy your stuff. So here's an example.
11:00So people come through all any of my content towards my lead magnets, towards my email list. Right? And first of all, once they get it, first of all, they get the lead magnet, which should be, again, aligned
11:13with your offer and this one pain point, but also it should be basically free, obviously. Basically, so good that other people would pay for it or would charge for it.
11:22But once they get it, you wanna one up this whole thing again. And this is where the magic's made, to be honest, because people then get what I call a well cum sequence,
11:32which is basically a series of emails that, again, one up this thing. So if you think about your content.
11:39Right? Your content should already be, like, a few stepping stones in terms of being very, very valuable. And then you continue the step ladder.
11:47With every single interaction, they must think how and why does this person give away so much value for free. That is the magic behind that, basically. So in the welcome sequence,
11:57let's just delete that right here, you wanna continue that for anywhere between four and honestly thirty days. Some people have sixty days and stuff like this.
12:08Meaning, every day or every other day, you're gonna send them an email with even more value. Right? And this is where we kinda come back to the beginning where, like, okay, you need to break down and think of the one problem your audience has and the one thing you do to solve it.
12:23Right? So, you know, thinking of that one transformation from before don't ask me why why I put these two dots right here.
12:31But what you wanna do is essentially take this one transformation that they want and break it down into multiple steps, and each one of them nope. And each one of them is an email.
12:43Email one, email 234. You get the idea. And what's gonna happen is people are gonna trust you very, very fast because they see, okay.
12:51This is exactly what I want. This is my problem, basically. Somebody else shows me how to deal with this problem.
12:58Plus, because people start to trust you going through this email sequence, your content's gonna perform way better too. Let's not even talk about this.
13:05But just that alone made me go from basically no no revenue when I started out to my first $10,000 month with just 4,000 followers just because I figured this out through some shape or form. It took me a while.
13:17Right? I actually the ManyChat wasn't the thing back then. I had to literally use an illegal bot for this
13:24back then. Those were the wild days, uh, so let's not even talk about this. But So the problem
13:30that I see again that costs people a lot of money, let's say you have this welcome sequence right here, is they just don't ask for the sale. They just don't have a call to action for whatever offer you have. So don't forget about that because you can have to put yourself into your audience's shoes.
13:47If you remember from up there. Oh, I I deleted it. But basically, the stepping ladder, people you wanna up people with value.
13:55So at this point, when you sent the welcome sequence, people are used to you over delivering.
14:03Right? So this is what explodes the whole trust curve, basically. And they're like, well, this is great content.
14:09I can't find anywhere else. Right?
14:12And this is not surface level, basically. That's the most important part here, by the way. Don't don't just create something just for the sake of making it and,
14:20like, give out a list. Four fruits that are gonna help you lose weight. Obviously, you know, that would be even sort of low effort content.
14:28But by this point, you obviously have earned the right to ask for the sale, the right to pitch. So, for example, in my welcome sequence, basically, 80%
14:37of the emails are value, and then the rest down there, the 20% are, you know, telling them, showing them even what my offer is.
14:45Because fun fact, most people are not gonna know what your offer is. They still don't know my offer just because they're just surrounded by so many things. So you have earned, at this point, the right to pitch, and you should pitch in every single one of those welcome email sequence emails.
15:00Usually, in my case, most people book a call and, you know, join the mentorship between day four and six, but it's gonna be different for everyone.
15:08CTARight? So test it out for yourself. The point being, and I hope you understand why Instagram especially is the powerhouse for business that don't want to chase virality.
15:17CTAYou know, let's not even talk about this because viral views are not gonna they're just gonna dilute everything. But, essentially, let's say you have here this whole there's like a hammer. Right?
15:29CTAAt this point, you have this system set up, and then all you need to do is feed it with consistent content.
15:36CTASo whenever you post, things will start to work inside there. Right? People will go through the welcome sequence and all the other moving parts.
15:44CTAAnd at the end of the line, what's gonna happen, you're gonna make sales automatically just by posting more and by posting more of the right things.
15:52CTAAnd you're gonna be surprised that you don't have to have, like, a huge account for this whole system to start working. Now, obviously, growing and getting more views, the right kinds of views is going to unlock the craziest things ever. Right?
16:04CTAAnd the craziest results ever. But smaller cons are actually able to turn up the game quite a bit once the content strategy is aligned. So if you're a business that actually wants to use Instagram to not go viral, but to get more leads, get more sales, more revenue, First of subscribe here.
16:18CTAIt's my second channel. But, um, yeah. So if you want to grow your business with it and you wanna see hands on how this works with some example accounts, watch this video next where I show exactly
16:28CTAwhat to change with some real life accounts to be able to make twenty, thirty, 40 k with your Instagram by creating some good content and some strategy.

§ 05 · For Joe

The four moves that turn Instagram posts into booked clients.

WHAT TO LEARN

Revenue from Instagram has nothing to do with view count — it comes from aligning every post to one buyer problem, then building a mechanical path from comment to email to sale.

  • Picking one problem and never deviating trains the algorithm to find your actual buyers, not just curious scrollers.
  • Lead magnet calls-to-action work as a volume lever: adding 2–3 LM-CTA posts per week to an existing schedule compounds lead flow predictably without requiring better content.
  • Posting the same reel to both your main feed and Trial Reels simultaneously can nearly double your lead count; Trial Reels reach exclusively cold audiences and teach the algorithm which type of person engages with your content.
  • Instagram Trial Reels can be recycled after a waiting period by slightly resizing the video and altering metadata — the algorithm treats it as a distinct piece of content.
  • ManyChat simplest flow — a comment triggers a DM with a link — consistently outperforms elaborate automation trees for service businesses; complexity adds friction without adding conversion.
  • A welcome email sequence of 4–30 daily emails that over-delivers on the lead magnet promise earns pitch permission; most service clients book between day 4 and day 6.
  • Most email subscribers do not know what your paid offer is until you explicitly tell them — stating your offer inside the welcome sequence is not aggressive, it is required for the system to close.
