§ 01 · The Hook

The bait, then the rug-pull.

Alex opens on the finished product — wanderer-character carousels rendered in Japanese ink-wash style — before cutting to face cam and making the speed claim. Visual proof before promise. One dead Instagram account, 179K followers, nine months of silence, rebuilt in a single afternoon.

HOOK opening / re-engagementCTA the pitch metaphor
00:00HOOKI just created a whole month of real content in one chat in less than thirty minutes all inside Claudia. From ideation to planning to creation to building an actual business all in one chat, and I'm about to show you how.
00:17HOOKThis is an Instagram page of mine, which has been dead since August 2025, 179,000 followers. And I was thinking, I didn't wanna make this video, but why don't I do a challenge where I actually bring this back to life as quickly as possible and without doing much?
00:30HOOKWe're completely rechanging this page and seeing what we can do in less than thirty minutes in one Claude chat. Okay. So you could see I was able to do a ton of stuff and, you know, create carousels,
00:42HOOKreels. I even was able to create a 34 page freebie so that I can actually monetize and build a business from.
00:49HOOKSo you'll see this is all leading up to building a business for this page. They includes creating content, literally everything in one chat.
00:57HOOKThis was an experiment, and it's come out insanely. We're going to be going through five levels, and I'm gonna be showing you all these levels live, which you can also follow, but you need to understand as I go through them, as I give you tips on how you can do it yourself as well. But you'll have access to all of this, but let's jump into level one where it all starts.
01:18Okay. So to make this challenge work, I've preplanned
01:22a five kind of step or five levels to make this work. Okay? Because I've got a limited amount of time in trying to do this in less than thirty minutes, and I wanna do thirty days worth of content as I don't really care about this page in one conversation.
01:34Okay? So I've split this into five different levels, focus, style, plan, create, and package. And I've created this document, which is going to be available to everyone in my vault, which I'm actually going to use live step by step, which guides us through the entire process.
01:48Okay? So Thursday is a concept, one conversation. Each phase or each level is going to give you examples on how to use it, etcetera.
01:56So I deserve a like just for giving you this and for the way, you know, I'm preplanning everything to help. But what to give Claude? So our first prompt is this one here, And the reason we need to start with focus is this.
02:09When we have a page, when we're using AI with you know, it's not just about strategy.
02:16It's that the AI needs kind of context. It needs an operating system. It needs a foundation.
02:20It needs a a a north star, a goal. And, essentially, with most pages on social media, they're designed to make money. Okay?
02:28And what's the best way to make money? With this simple framework right here, you can rechange or recalibrate your business. You have three
02:37parts of this framework. So you have person. Who specifically are we talking to?
02:41Then we have tension. Why? What do they feel but can't say?
02:45Then we have path. So where does following you lead? So me, no more more not more motivation content.
02:53Could be a reparenting journal, a guided community therapy adjacent sponsors. Okay? Then,
02:59essentially, we need to be able to answer this. You need, as a person, whatever industry you're in, I help person who feels tension by showing them this path.
03:08If you want to make money on social media, YouTube, anything, you need to be able to answer things simply this format, and I'm gonna help you right now. Now what does this look like for any creator? You could be a fitness coach, personal brand, business, doesn't matter.
03:20I help busy parents who feel guilty about taking time for themselves by giving them permission to prioritize their health in twenty minutes a day. You see, this is super intentional. It's going to allow us to create all of this content
03:33super, like, specifically and, you know, actually do some good stuff, which is unique, not generics. Business creator, I help burn out freelancers who've lost control of their time by building systems that give their life back.
03:44So there you go. Now what we're going to do is scroll down to level one. So find who you're really serving, what they actually feel, and what you could build on it.
03:52So grab this prompt right here. Now I've already started, and what you can do is just paste the prompt in, and you basically as you can see here, what to give Claude, you just throw in some assets you have. So if you have competitors, you can throw some competitors you like.
04:06If you already have a page, you can throw some of your best performing stuff, your bio, whatever you have. Like, you can throw in analytics, anything.
04:14Okay? Then you run the prompt, and what you should expect is a deep breakdown of some of the posts and in three, four directions, which are going to essentially be our focus.
04:24Okay? Which is going to really help build this foundation for the rest of the video. So you can see right here, you know, it speaks about the post.
04:32I'm gonna scroll down. Then it's gonna give me four directions. So for this one, it's giving me a faith restoration at scale, the daily good news network.
04:39I'm already just gonna skip that one because I don't want to do news. Decoded words or feelings you didn't know you had. So day to day, pivot the page towards Japanese emotions post format.
04:48So this sounds good already aesthetically. I can imagine it. Who the audience becomes, giving me a brief description,
04:54then the moment of truth, ninety day monetization. I need to know at this point, and so does the AI, so does everything, how we're going to actually build something from this.
05:03Okay? So and you can see the final line. I help emotionally articulate people who can't name what they're feeling reclaim their inner life by giving them the words other cultures already invented.
05:13That's actually pretty cool concept. You know what? Yeah.
05:18I mean, I'm not going to look at these ones. I'm just gonna lock in two, which I'd already done. Lock in number two.
05:23And what will so you can see here, pick one direction, lock it in in the Claude Convote. Boom. Lock it in.
05:30So the first decision pivot on new account. Don't waste Sahundra's pivot Crevion. Boom.
05:35Boom. Boom.
05:37Okay. Now it's starting to give me some, like, you know, kind of ideas, and this will be dependent on your model, your history, and stuff like that if you're doing this on a new account or you could need to. But, essentially, now we're going to move to level two,
05:52which is super important. So you don't need to really interact with that. You need to just get the information you need and move on because trust me, I've built this in a way that's going to maximize everything.
06:04Okay. So the next level is style, and this is going to allow us to get to creating content as quickly as possible. When you don't have a style locked in, your page will look like Caribbean, just all over the place messy.
06:17And to monetize, you need to have a strong brand that people remember. So this is the difference. No lock style, random.
06:23Lock style, clean. Now to have a style, you wanna basically be touching these
06:29six different elements. So palette, figure style, text treatment, anti style, so what is against, you know, stuff that you don't want in your brand. So it's important to have this locked in.
06:39Now for this, we're going to go to this prompt right here. Now for this, you need something, a reference point. So what I did is I went to Pinterest, and I'm gonna go down the Japanese road.
06:50So I typed in so if I go back, I typed in Japanese style motivation. Then what happens on Pinterest, you press 1, and it will start showing you loads in that style, and you just kinda go down the rabbit hole. Now you can get reference from anywhere, and it's super useful because it's important.
07:05You can get references from logos in real life. You can it from YouTube, Instagram, competitors, your own content, anywhere. It doesn't matter.
07:11Once you have that, you grab the prompt and head and you can see here what to give Claude. Go to here,
07:19CTAand you I picked about five, threw that in here. Now we're going to be creating this video wouldn't be possible without Hicksfield because now I can create content in Claude with my Hicksfield connector.
07:33CTAMeans I have access to all the latest image generation models, video generation models within Claude, which is insane. So from nano banana to CharjibiT to Nano Banana 99 when it comes out, it will always be here now. Now to get access to this,
07:48CTAyou it's called Higgs Field MCP. So you head over to Higgs Field. Link will be in the description.
07:52CTAYou go to MCP, and it will tell you how to install it. So open Claude settings. Super easy.
07:57CTAYou literally go settings, then you add the custom connector, copy this, sign in, and it's done. Now you have Higgs Field in your Claude chat, you can see right here, connectors, Higgs Field, boom, ready to go. So I put in my prompt.
08:09CTANow with any of these prompts, you can edit them, add extra stuff. Made I sure to put use Hicksville chat ChatGPT image two and put text on the images. Okay?
08:18So I did that, and it came back with these, uh, three, which don't look bad at all.
08:24So you can see right here using chat GBT image two, they don't look bad at all. But
08:31I thought I wanna take this further. Now all of these prompts, I've built a plan. It's it's it's prepared,
08:37but you can add your own prompts and push back. And that's exactly what I did right here. I like all of these, but I want to have a character throughout my post, which I can build the brand around too, which matches the style and focus.
08:48Can we create some more with this in mind? And guess what? It came up with the wanderer.
08:54So always seen from behind, three four rear, face never visible, and boom. From there, it started creating it. And, wow, these are so much better than, you know, these kind of these are this one I really was impressed as well, but, yeah, so much better because now it adds that kind of feel, that character.
09:12So you can see clean and boom. Again,
09:17right there. I mean, I don't know which one I will pick. I think this one is like the most
09:23I'm not sure. I don't know. I think let's go for number one.
09:27So what is the actual so what to expect three visuals? And then I guess I need to pick one in. So
09:34yeah. Okay. Let's move over to the next section once, like, which is starting to build this plan.
09:39Now just quickly, on Higgs Field, you'll have access to all the content you make. So anything that you make in Claude, so, you know, everything I make here, I can it will always automatically go onto my Hicksfield account, which is where all my assets and everything are, which is super useful because then I can, you know, create more.
09:55I can, you know, upscale, enhance, do anything as well in here. You know, look at the prompts that, um, Claude actually used. You know, look at if I wanna change the quality to low, you know, whatever.
10:05So it's super useful, but, again, you can just stick inside Claude. So this is a game changer. But let's move over to the next part,
10:13which is going to be the plan. So you can see right here, focus style done, then plan, then we're going to create. So let's go over to plan.
10:20HOOKWe'll start building this together because I'm running out of time.
10:27HOOKOkay. So now it's starting to plan our months of content. Now there's a few things we need to kind of look at here.
10:33HOOKThe first thing is on social media, on YouTube, anywhere, you need to have series, and that's why it was important to have our focus part at the beginning because from that kind of specific understanding of our, you know, focus, we can build series. And the reason to do this is
10:50HOOKwe don't want random topics. Okay? Random topics attract,
10:54HOOKyou know, different people that like tigers, then you post something about penguin. They like penguins. You need to have some kind of connectivity between your content on any platform.
11:03When things are intentional, you're building an ecosystem. It's predictable. The, you know, AI makes it predictable as well, so everything is in sync.
11:11And even it kind of fits your sales process as well. So, you know, with the binge loop, this is another angle.
11:18So if you start to have connecting series and now on Instagram, you know, you connect have connecting series and stuff like that, someone sees part three on the explore page. You know, that one does really well. They save it.
11:27Visits profile. They find one parts one and two, then they follow you. And it creates this loop when your content is all kind of connecting.
11:35So it's super important for us to understand this right now in our plan. You know, I'm not just creating thirty days of random content. I want this to be purposeful, and, you know, that's why I spent time building all of this.
11:45So this is the prompt right here. I've already got it. Uh, Yeah.
11:48I've just pasted it in. The seasoned architect. So series, from the margins, credibility, chooses every two weeks words from minority,
11:56under translated languages, etcetera. Words without translations saves okay. And then it has, like, a focus for each one.
12:02Calendar, May 10 to June 6. Wow. Okay.
12:06Wanderer's notebook from the margins. Damn. Okay.
12:11Visual variations within the locked style. Not all from that prompt. What this month build towards the arch architecture is an accidental by June 6.
12:21You'll have a character with a inner life, two proof points, a weaker okay. Amazing.
12:29So after this, a full okay. Amazing. So, you know, it's honestly that simple to be able to kind of build it when you understand what you're trying to do.
12:37Just the fact that I want to do thirty days, I had a two three recurring system, I had a style, I had something locked in, I had a focus, things start to build. And now we're going to get to the magical part of all of this, which is going to be actually creating our carousels, some reels, and real content. And at the end, I'm also gonna be doing some stuff for the actual profile in terms of building a freebie, etcetera.
12:58So let's jump to that right now.
13:03Okay. Now this is where the magic happens. We are at level four, which is where we create.
13:08Now as you can see right here, levels one, two, three were super important because now Claude prompts Higgs field with the full context. So whatever at this point, Claude is now understanding fully our direction,
13:23and you don't need to reexplain your brand. Okay?
13:27Want to give Claude? Nothing new. It has stuff from our chat, which is why this experiment or this challenge, I wanted to do it because it's clear that it can.
13:37Now the first prompt, the first batch, generate right here, generate the first five posts from the calendar. Each image needs to tell its own story through the environment, different scenes, etcetera, etcetera.
13:49Now, of course, depending on your content, you would adjust this for your goals. Remember, you can have an adjacent or another tab open with Claude, and you just take all of these prompts and say, you know, at the beginning, I'm a fitness instructor or whatever. I need to adjust this to match my niche, and it will do that.
14:06Okay? So you can still follow this entire flow the exact same way. Now starting with post one, the whole frame, etcetera.
14:13It started to go back to our, uh, calendar, Sunday, May 10. Boom.
14:18There it goes. The first one. And how does that look?
14:22Looks clean. Then check post one, and then it wanted me to, like, double check, and then I go, yes, make the next five. And then boom.
14:30That one looks epic. And then it just keeps going. Keeps going.
14:37Keeps going. Now, of course, you know, at any point, like, you can download this and, you know, make edits on magic layers with Canva, for example. But ultimately,
14:47for example, for this account, it's fine to go. And you can see all five rendered quick map of what each one is supposed to do, and so you can audit. So it's giving me a composition trick, emotional register, environment signature, which is why I asked for in the prompt, you know, different compositions, different scenes.
15:02Because through testing, I realized, you know, that a lot of this stuff was becoming very similar, so we were able to then make the right prompt to make sure this happens. Things to check on, etcetera. Now
15:13now I needed to build a full carousel. Okay?
15:17So this is so these were cover images of my carousels. Now I needed to build a full one. So pick one.
15:22I need four to five slides. You know, this is dependent on you. Just fill in those numbers, make the changes, and boom.
15:27It made a full carousel based on one of these. So let's have a look. So here's number one.
15:33And remember, at any time, you can go onto Higgs field, and you can see all the images that you've created, by the way. So, you know, if you want to additionally edit them or anything or even run it on a different model or experiment quickly whether you wanna do high, you know, low, medium quality, you know, quality in terms of resolution, etcetera, change the aspect ratio.
15:54Super useful. You know, you could just go between them. But, again, having it in here is obviously a massive game changer.
15:59So this is slide two of five carousel. Boom. Again, it looks clean to me.
16:04Okay. So here's the sec here's the third slide. Fourth slide,
16:08clean again, and wow. That slide is is super clean as like a CTA kind of slide end. I mean, I would add a CTA here potentially, you know, but super clean.
16:19Okay. So here's all five rendered. The caption even gives me a caption to render.
16:24And again, follow Crevion. Don't need to mention that. Take the cover slide, etcetera,
16:29animating the cover using CDance. Okay. So, yeah, what I wanted to do at this point was so you could see right here.
16:37You want to like, let's test out the video, see what we can do. So I think a trend that's going to happen on, um, Instagram in the future is carousels are performing super well.
16:47We'll start to see more carousels which have, like, actual video content within them, like the first one, you know, moving a bit. So I wanted to test that, and you can see again, take the cover slide, the wanderer paws in the dappled forest. Dappled
16:59and so what I did is you can see the prompt right here. Take the cover slide, the wanderer paws, etcetera, etcetera, all here.
17:07And then I'm asked well, I've asked Hicksfield or, uh, Claude to use Sea Dance two point o, which is the best, um, on the market right now. Again, you know, with Hicksfield, always the latest ones will be there, and it made this, which looks super clean.
17:22But then I wanted to take this further. So gen this is where I used my adjacent or my secondary tab.
17:29And for this, you know what? Let me just zoom in. Actually, probably fine.
17:33But for this, you know, I asked you know what? Let's actually make a reel, um, using seed dance based on the carousel. And, essentially, it gave me this prompt.
17:41So this prompt won't be here because this is like a bonus one for two because I wanted to show you guys all how to kind of do rolls, but it is here. Um, and from there, we were able to generate
17:54this. So this was the image it generated to be the beginning of the carousel. Then it built a flow with it, so what moves, etcetera, the emotional design, etcetera, etcetera.
18:03See, dance needs okay. Yeah. Okay.
18:07Fine. So it wanted the confirmation, basically, of before going to create the reel. Firing now, tighter motion script.
18:13Okay. So it's able to make this. I'm gonna just just looking at.
18:18Yeah. So it's able to make this, which is super clean. Like, you know, I mean, it's
18:25insane. Like, it looks like, you know, childhood kind of
18:30and, obviously, you can do this in any way you want. Like, this isn't particular, like, too much, um, information. But if I wanted to, I could add text.
18:37I could do anything with this. I could create a whole story from this, but I just wanted to see how it looked, first of all. So then I was like, okay.
18:43You know what? Let's take this image right here or this part of my carousel and animate this. And then boom.
18:49Pretty cool. You know, for a carousel, you know and, obviously, you can, like, enhance this, you know, play around with it more.
18:58But in a matter of minutes, I'm able to get my carousels, and now I'm also able to get reels. Now, of course, I would say that this reel does need work. I'm not gonna say that I would post this necessarily.
19:08I feel like it's a bit too static, but I think yeah.
19:12Okay. Actually, I did work on it. Yeah.
19:14So you can add a bit more to it, you know, add some movement. You can see in this one, it actually starts to kind of get this flow here.
19:22I would want the trees a bit more animated and a bit more going on. But again, this works super well if you wanted a, like, seven second rule. If you wanted to make more of a storytelling rule where it's like different scenes where potentially
19:34this one right here could work, you know, as as as scene one, for example, then, you know, of course, you could do that as well. But this is just to show you the power of kind of having this here and, you know, from already creating carousels. Now I'm able to add, you know, reels based on my carousels, based on my calendar, etcetera.
19:52So essentially, by the end of level four, what to expect is cover images with unique environments that match each post emotional territory. Visual consistency across all covers, which we have done, which is super important. Full carousels on multiple slides that flow as a sequence.
20:06You know, obviously, I could just be like, okay. Let's create more. Let's do more.
20:09Op optional. A five second animated clip showing the system can do video too. And we took that further.
20:14We did a few videos. The reels are clean. You know?
20:18And all of this is you know, you're able to do that with this integration from Higgs Field. You know, and obviously, you can get all access to all of these videos when they come out. But this is essentially this flow and that initial part where we focused,
20:30you know, right here. You know, at level four, being able to create is the context compounds. Because we've all done it in this chat, this all the separate tools and everything, it can you know, it just makes things unclean.
20:41Whereas one conversation, you focus from level one, it's locked in, you get the summaries, you can, you know, potentially open another project if you wanted to, base all contextual output every time, and this is extremely important. Okay? Now we're going to move over to level five,
20:55which is going to be packaging and putting this all together, but I'm super impressed by this. You know? In a matter of, yeah, minutes, I'm able to generate and potentially rebuild this brand.
21:09Level five is your packaging, and we've got a few different things in here, so don't think it's just captions because trust me, it's not, and I'm about to blow your mind with something. But what does ready supposed to mean? This is not a good caption.
21:20Okay? Very generic. Stay motivated.
21:22Keep pushing forward. You've got this. No.
21:23We want con contextual captions, stuff that actually matters,
21:28that actually makes sense, that actually matches. Claude can only write this because it's been in the conversation for every decision. Okay?
21:36It's important. Now level five package. The goal,
21:39complete posting package, 30 captions, written invoices, schedule, dates, times, rewritten bio, and I'm gonna create a lead magnet in this chat, an actual freebie for us to build our business to take this further. Okay? So let's go
21:53back to the chat. So the first prompt I did right here, simple one, copy and paste. Boom.
21:58Write every caption for the next thirty day calendar. Each one needs to sound like it's not comes from a specific page, a specific focus, etcetera, and I started to write them. CTA, CTA, CTA.
22:07Now, obviously, I could give, um, you know, if you have additional info like the CTAs, you know, I want it to be like keywords for ManyChat. I want it to be based on this, etcetera.
22:17You just add that variation. Use your secondary tab and do that. And, obviously, this is slightly generic because, you know, I'm creating YouTube video for multiple different people in different niches to see.
22:27But, you know, essentially, if you can make small adjustments where it matches your, you know, exact requirement, it's very simple to do, and it will fit. Okay?
22:36So for this, it's doing what I've asked. Now
22:41you can see here. So CTA here is telling me the CTA, save this for the next time the life surprises you. You have the word.
22:47Tag someone whose life you actually do know. You know? So it's all there.
22:51So let's scroll down and see, you know, it kind of came up with all of that, how the how the CTAs are distributed across 16 posts. So it's giving me that information, super important, super useful. What separates these from generic captions?
23:03That's very useful. Now at this point, I wanted to rewrite my bio. So, you know, this page is just not right now where it needs to be if I want to do it.
23:13So I needed to kind of yeah. Let's take it up a level. So that's what I did, and it came back with this.
23:19So name field to change to this, decoded words, English forgot. Bio, the feelings you've had your whole life named by every language but yours. One word a week carried by the wanderer.
23:30So, of course, you know, I wouldn't say that this is an optimal bio, but it is definitely more on brand and in sync to, you know, the what I want and is what I want. Um, I would say, you know, it could be better.
23:43But this video isn't focused necessarily on an Instagram, you know, like, you know, perfectionism. But this is way better and again fits on brand. What I would say is
23:54if there are bios or, you know, a bit more information that you can give here or like goals, then you can add that again. You know, you can give reference bios from other pages, etcetera. But in a in a nutshell, this is super clean.
24:05Then we've got to the good bit, which is it decided to create this lexicon.
24:11Okay? Which is a link which is a freebie, the lead magnet.
24:1725 untranslatable feelings format PDF structure. And I thought, you know, it would create, a three page document.
24:25It decided to create a 25 word document freebie, which has, like, different words in different languages and gives them kind of, like, con context and stuff like that. And it even decided to create a cover for me.
24:39So and it even has actually given me, like, a kind of welcome email, post download sequence for my emails, etcetera. If you want me to go more into, like, lead magnets, the business side of things, you know, setting up, like, welcome email,
24:52automations, etcetera. Again, let me know.
24:55But it's essentially either one moves you closer to the four, seven k, 600, 900 on the ninety day project. So there you go. Can you turn it into an actual document?
25:03So I wanted it to turn into an actual document. So it did that, and you should be able to see it right here. So you could see that
25:12figure is weird, but again, carried by the wanderer, you could see I made no, like, edits or anything that is, and I was extremely surprised by how clean it is.
25:23Like, now, of course, you can tell that it is created by Claude if you understand Claude. But if with a bit of editing or with a few improvements in kind of prompting,
25:35it would be undistinguishable and really, really clean. Okay?
25:39Like, if I took this to Canva, made some edits, added some stuff, but it's insane how it's made. It's actually the
25:44I think, yeah, it did 34 pages. You know? If your audience likes your page and then they're downloading this for free and getting access to this, you know, it's it's a no brainer.
25:54If you like the full one, it's coming this summer. You're already you're already on the list. So wow.
25:59So you see? Lead magnet right there. Now the next thing too was the dashboard.
26:04I wanted to get a visual dashboard of just everything that we've kind of created so that we can
26:13have a look and yep. So let's open this up right here. So you can see.
26:17So the decoded system which we've created. So words for decoded, the complete content system for the Instagram account formerly known as Crevion. So
26:26the focus, the architecture, so it's giving me information about my palette, the wanderer. This is super useful if I decide to hire people, if I decide to move to chat GBT, if I decide to do anything. Having something like this is kind of a foundation and super useful in terms of, you know, if you ever start to wander away.
26:43You know, you can see here, I've got three series, three jobs. You know, I can always get information from this now with AI. The calendar, again, in the future, I can just spin this around.
26:5316 captions written all right here from follower to reader to buyer. So I've got the feed.
26:59I've got the lexicon. I've got the full lexicon if I wanted to create this. So £29 book or dollar book, $7
27:05a month letter, bundle $39. So it's already given me, like, a kind of business plan that could work ninety days from pivot to first revenue floor. I'm tempted to do this.
27:15Should I try this? What was built?
27:17Everything above came from one conversation. So we did the pivot, the identity, the system, the calendar, the images, the motion, the voice, the lexicon. Words for feelings, English forgot.
27:28And there we have it. It and there we have it.
27:31In one chat, if I scroll all the way up, you will see that we've been able to create and build this entire account from scratch again. And, you know, this is the power of, you know, systemized AI and intentional an intentional,
27:47um, you know, strategy. Like, yeah. You know, this account was completely dead, and now I have a full system should I want to go ahead with it with no stone unturned.
27:57CTAIf you've enjoyed this video and want me to go deeper into any particular aspect, be sure to let me know in the comments because trust me, I'm always checking and kind of building my videos from what you guys tell me. Now I recommend watching one of these two videos, and this video was sponsored by Hicksfield. And if you're interested in integrating it into your AI and using the most advanced AI tools on the market as soon as they come out, the link will be in my description.
28:24CTAThis particular video was an experiment, but it shows you the capabilities when you have a strategy, a plan, and the and the right AI tools. My name is Alex.

§ 05 · For Joe

The single-conversation constraint is the product.

System steal

The 5 levels are the frame, but the moat is running them all in one chat so context compounds without re-briefing.

  • Build the sequence in order: Focus, Style, Plan, Create, Package. Never skip a level — each one seeds the next.
  • The 5-level prompt guide doc is the deliverable that turns a YouTube tutorial into a lead magnet. Joe could build the same for any JoeFlow or MCN+ workflow.
  • Person + Tension + Path is simpler than most ICP frameworks and worth lifting verbatim into any onboarding prompt or sales page.
  • The Binge Loop slide (series > profile visit > follow) stands alone as a short-form clip.
  • Anti-style is the secret ingredient of the style brief — telling AI what to refuse is more powerful than telling it what to do.
  • Context compounding is the pitch against multi-tool, multi-chat workflows — the hook for MCN+ bundled tool positioning.
§ 05 · For You

You can build a real content system in one afternoon.

If you want to start posting consistently

The reason most people never start posting consistently is they try to figure out strategy, visuals, and writing all at once — this system separates them into five sequential steps so nothing is blank-page.

  • Start with one sentence: I help [person] who feels [tension] by giving them [path]. That is your entire content strategy.
  • Before generating anything, pick three images from Pinterest that feel like the brand you want. That is enough to lock a visual identity with AI.
  • Plan recurring series before writing individual posts — series give people a reason to binge and follow.
  • A lead magnet does not have to be complicated. A PDF of 25 useful things in your niche, well-formatted, is a complete product.
  • Generic captions fail because they have no context. Write captions inside the same conversation where you built the strategy — the specificity writes itself.
