So you've probably missed some of the latest that turn Claude into a completely automatic video editing app. Seriously, these help you build a automated video editing system for yourself or your business. So here's four of the best video editing AI plugins for Claude's that I've seen recently to help you stay up to date. Cool. So I'm in Claude here to start showing you these plug ins. I've got a folder selected down here in Claude that contains the video that I want to edit. And as I'm sure many of you are already aware, once you've recorded your video, the first stage of editing is removing any mistakes from your recording. And this first Claude plug in does exactly that. It removes mistakes. Here's a little moment from its promo video actually showing you a couple of the types of mistakes it removes. So these nuggets are, um, made from chicken,

01:29this first plugin removes all of those automatically. Let me show you how it works. So with this first plugin installed, I can just type into Claude that it needs to remove any filler words, any silences over one second to enhance the quality of the sound, and I can even ask it to add subtitles to that recording. And after a few minutes, if we just scroll down here, we can see that that plugin from inside Claude will have completed all of those tasks for me. We can see here that the plugin created a project. It removed any filler words in that video. It removed any silences,
02:02which cut the video down from four minutes and forty five seconds to three minutes and forty six seconds. It improved the quality of the audio, and finally, it added subtitles to my video. And now because that's done, I can just ask for a link to download that edit, which it will give me down here, and I can click this. And that takes me to this page with this edited video here that I can play. This is my rough recording with all the mistakes taken out and the subtitles added on. You can see them there, and then I can simply just press this button here to download this edit. It used to take me hours to go back through my recordings and fix these mistakes manually, so it's awesome that there's now plug ins that can do this automatically.

You'll need to set up the Descript plugin inside Claude, which you'll find the instructions to do that on this page, which I'll also link below in the description and the pinned comment. You just head down here to this section, uh, and follow the step by step instructions to connect that to Claude. Being able to automatically clean up your initial recordings just means you're going to get your videos out faster, which is going to help you stay consistent. And they say that is the trick to growing on social media, and also getting more attention online, which is gonna benefit your marketing and your sales. So a lot of value here with this Descript plugin. Okay. So moving on to the next Claude plugin now. Another key part of video editing is creating those eye catching visuals
03:30to be added into your videos. And you can now do that inside Claude. Check this out. Here's a, like, attention grabbing video. I created inside Claude for this, like, made up yo yo product that I created. You can also create images. Here's an image of me on top of a snowy mountain holding this drinks products, and you can turn those images into videos too. You'll see that in this video on screen now. You know, it previously would have cost hundreds to pay graphic designers or visual artists to make visuals for our videos, and now we can just do it all inside Claude with this plugin. So this Claude plugin is created by the company Higgs Field. You're seeing the homepage on screen now. I'll put a link to this page in the description in the comments too. So you'll need to come to this page and create an account to be able to use this plugin. And then once you have account set up, just head over to the top of this web page here and click on MCP and CLI, and then you're going to want to come to this MCP
04:27section here and just follow these three steps to get the Higgs field plug in set up inside Claude. And once that's set up, you can then tell Claude to use Higgs field to create any image you can think of. So I'll just do that now. And after less than a minute, I have any image that I need created inside Claude using this plugin, and you can see here, can even turn this into a video by pressing animate, and I can type in any instruction that I want to happen in that video down here. Submit that.
04:56HOOKAnd now that's done, I can scroll down and see that I've got any video that I need created inside Claude as well as any image. Let's just play this and give it a quick watch. This guy should stand up, turn around, and high five a retro robot, and he's second on us. Come on, mate. Oh, there we go. There's our robot exactly as I asked for, and there's a high five. So huge benefit here of being able to create eye catching, attention grabbing visuals inside Claude to add into our edits now. And in theory, you could automate these with Claude Cowork or Claude Code so that Claude is reading the scripts of the video to understand what's happening inside it and automatically generating visuals for you to align with what is being said in that video. It's my goal to automate my content creation as much as possible, and I would love to have this, like, automatic clip generator built into my pipeline. So, um, some really cool possibilities here. Well, actually, now we're back in Claude on a new chat. This next plug in isn't technically a plug in. It's built into Claude, but it's a feature that not many people know about, so I wanted to mention it. So I discovered this new feature when I recently connected Claude Cowork to
06:23HOOKthis clip you're seeing on screen now. I had this on my computer. It's one of my favorite movies. I linked this clip. It's a two and a half minute long clip. You can see there's so much stuff happening in this clip, a lot of variety. But this woman in red here, she's only on screen for eight seconds of this entire two and a half minute long video. And what I then did out of curiosity
06:45was I just asked Claude, hey. Can you pull out just a moment where the woman in the red dress is shown and create a new video of just that? And as you'll see on screen now, Claude is able to look at that two and a half minute video, recognize that the woman in red showed for eight seconds, and then it created me a clip of just that moment and saved it into the same folder that the original video was in. So like I said, you can just use this inside Claude already. It's it's prebuilt into it, but . So this is amazing if you have tons of footage and you just need to pull out certain moments. Say you're a wedding photographer and you just want the moments where people are drinking
07:24from a champagne glass or you're a business owner and you just want moments from a recording that show your products, you could either scroll through all of your footage manually and handpick out each of those moments that you need or just get Claude to look at your footage and create clips of just those moments for you. This is definitely something I'll be using in my workflow in the future when I need to find specific
07:47visual moments based on what is being seen rather than what's been said in the recording. So this next Claude plug in, plug in number four, does what you're seeing on screen now. It takes full length long videos that you've created, and it turns them into smaller clips. So you can use these smaller clips for repurposing to put yourself
08:08onto different social media platforms and and get a lot more reach. It's an automatic AI clipper that finds the best moments from your original recording, and it just solves that problem of 2026 where we need to be on multiple platforms to maximize attention, to grow our brand, and also maximize our marketing and generate sales online. So the plugin is from this company here, OpusClip. You'll need to create an account to be able to use the plugin inside Clause. 08:50CTAI I work very closely with them. They're really passionate about what they do in making their product better, and here's how you use it inside Claude. You'll see here that once you've got the OpusClip plugin set up inside of Claude, you'll be able to tell it to use OpusClip to create clips for you. You can link to videos on YouTube, in your Dropbox, or Google Drive. And just from this single text command inside Claude, you'll eventually get given back a ton of clips. And once you've got all of those clips returned in all different shapes and sizes, you can use those on as many different social media accounts as you can think to really maximize your exposure online.
